Production Facilities & Infrastructure

The production unit begun its operation in 2006 and following the completion of the company's investment plan, possesses state of the art technical equipment and machinery, ultramodern galvanization unit and painting plant, as well as powerful machining shop. The Company provides with extensive expertise and ability to produce a wide range of metal parts that are related to plates and sheets of steel, pipes, beams and any other type relevant to cold forming. Moreover, there is the possibility of processing a variety of metals and alloys, such as inox, brass, aluminium, copper.

Technical Equipment

32 presses, 15 – 250 tn capacity, hammer and hydraulic, with automatic feeder, sensors and fiber optics, for the safety of the personnel and the quality control and assurance of the produced parts and components, with the least possible wear.
Metal cutting up to 330mm thickness in automated NC saws.
Press brake 150ton, 4m length with forming capacity up to 6mm thickness.
3m shear, with cutting ability of 6mm thickness.
Oxygen welding system (MIG – Metal-Inert Gas) for big productions, as well as robotic welding system for high accuracy welding.
Automated lathes (revolver), tapping machines, punching (drilling) machines.

Galvanization Unit

Ultramodern electrolytical galvanization unit for big, high quality production. The steel parts and components after their forming are electrolytically galvanized and after the passivation they gain iridium or blue galvanized color for bigger resistance.
